Return & Freight Damage Policy

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, the product arrives defective, or otherwise required by applicable law or an applicable manufacturer's warranty.

• Freight Damage: Any visible freight damage should be reported promptly after delivery. To submit a freight damage claim, buyers may be required to provide written documentation from the carrier confirming the damage, along with photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping materials, when applicable.

• Damage Resolution: Depending on the circumstances, an approved freight damage claim may be resolved through a partial refund, replacement parts, product replacement, repair, or another mutually agreed-upon solution.

• Manufacturer Warranty: Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any applicable manufacturer's warranty is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures. Manufacturer warranty claims may require inspection, diagnosis, repair, or service through the manufacturer or an authorized service provider. Nothing in this policy is intended to modify, replace, or limit an applicable manufacturer's warranty.

• Return Condition: Approved returns must be returned in the original condition and with the original packaging and components, when applicable. Products returned used, altered, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to a restocking fee or reduction in the refund amount, where permitted by applicable law and the applicable return policy.

• Return Approval: Returns must be approved before the product is shipped back. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

• Non-Returnable Products: Certain products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable, including certain oversized freight products, heavy equipment, special-order products, custom products, and manufacturer-direct products. Non-returnable status does not eliminate or limit an applicable manufacturer's warranty.
