⚠ Freight Delivery & Unloading Information

• Forklift or equivalent unloading equipment is required.
• The buyer is responsible for arranging safe unloading of the cabin from the delivery truck.
• A suitable forklift or crane should be available before delivery. Make sure the equipment has sufficient capacity to safely handle the cabin.
• Forklift access points are located on the front underside below the glass area and along the left side of the cabin. There are no forklift slots on the rear.
• The right side includes rollers primarily intended to assist with loading and positioning when the unit is properly elevated.
• If unloading equipment is not available at your location, ask the carrier about nearest freight terminal pickup once they contact you. Terminal pickup and loading assistance are subject to carrier availability.

Specifications

Unloading & Positioning

The cabin has forklift access points designed to assist with handling during delivery. When facing the front glass side of the cabin, forklift slots are located underneath the front glass area. Additional forklift holes are located along the left side. There are no forklift slots on the rear of the unit.

The right side of the cabin includes rollers that are primarily intended to assist with loading. When properly elevated from the left side, these rollers can help make positioning the cabin easier.

The cabin has a solid metal base that raises the structure a few inches from the ground. It does not include separate legs designed to elevate the cabin.

The Mobile Prefab House is not wired. Please hire a qualified electrician to supply and install wiring according to applicable American electrical standards and local requirements.

• Estimated Total Delivery Time: Please allow transit time based on your destination and freight carrier schedule.
• Buyer is responsible for unloading the cabin.
• A suitable forklift or crane is required for unloading. Make sure the equipment has adequate capacity for the 4,563.6 lb unit.
• Nearest freight terminal pickup may be available depending on the carrier and destination. Contact the carrier after they reach out to discuss available options.
