⚠ Freight Delivery & Unloading Information

• Forklift or equivalent unloading equipment is required.
• Due to the extra-large size and weight, this unit will be shipped via flatbed truck .
• The buyer is responsible for unloading the unit from the truck. Please have suitable unloading equipment ready before delivery.
• A crane is recommended for safe and controlled unloading. If using a forklift, make sure it has sufficient lifting capacity and can safely balance the unit.
• If unloading equipment is not available, you can arrange with the carrier, once they contact you, to pick up the shipment at the nearest carrier terminal, where they can assist with loading it onto your truck or trailer.

Installation Preparation

• The foundation must be solid, level, and on the same horizontal plane .
• Keep the installation area clean, level, and free of obstructions.
• Do not assemble the house near snow drifts, slippery areas, or wet locations.
• Prepare the foundation and installation area before the unit arrives to help make setup easier.
