• Forklift or equivalent unloading equipment is required.
• Due to the extra-large size of this prefab building, it will be shipped by flatbed truck .
• The buyer is responsible for unloading the unit from the truck. Please have a suitable forklift or crane ready before delivery.
• A crane is recommended for safe and controlled unloading. If using a forklift, make sure it has sufficient lifting capacity and can safely balance the unit.
• After the freight carrier contacts you, pickup at the nearest freight terminal may be available if applicable. Terminal pickup arrangements and equipment availability should be confirmed with the carrier.

• Keep the installation area clean, level, and free of obstructions.
• Do not assemble the cabin near snow drifts, slippery areas, or wet locations.
